If you encounter any issues with the album you received, please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and address album quality issues or damages on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring that you receive a product that meets our quality standards.

For small business accessories, such as notary embossing stamps and small product packaging, we offer a 5-day return policy for store credit if the product is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, please provide proof of the damaged product, and our team will assist you in processing the return and issuing store credit.
