When my business partner and I decided to take our passion project turned side hustle to the next level and build a proper brand and business, we had no idea how to go about creating something that only existed in our minds! She took the scrambled ideas, dreams, values and hopes we had for our business and not only translated them into perfect colours, images and designs, but she also managed to pull together all of our jumbled threads to create a cohesive brand that not only looked gorgeous online but worked practically offline as well. We would have literally ruined our packaging if it wasn’t for her helping us think through the details and not allowing us to just go for things we thought looked “pretty”. Working with Carmen was such a joyful experience. Being a business owner herself, she really understands the stress and constraints we work under and we really appreciated the way she came alongside us, not as a distant service provider but more as a patient, emphatic and truly talented “friend”, that had our best interest at heart.
